The 50 minute session uses the combination of guided visualisations, mindfulness approaches and progressive relaxation, whilst listening to meditative music. These therapeutic approaches help you to cultivate deeper sense of calm. At the end of each session, clients receive an audio to listen to in the comfort of their own home to relax to.
